Marrable's Farringdon Hotel

Delicious and plentiful breakfast in the restaurant and attentive, friendly service. Very comfortable, spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. Great coffee, tea, and biscuits in the room. Big bottles of both still and sparkling water were provided complimentary. Nice robes and slippers provided. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - the front desk staff provided superb customer service! Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again, without a doubt.

My friend and I were in London for an express trip for Lana Del Rey's concert and the hotel was top notch! Conveniently located in Farringdon, next to a lively area with nice bars and restaurants, a lovely square behind and the hotel bar in a French style (we're French so that was a cute coincidence). The coffee machines on each floor available at all times were a bonus and the Head of Housekeeping (sorry I forgot her name) was so lovely and helpful when one of the machines was having an issue. We loved everything from the cozy room to the smiles and assistance of the reception team and waiters, we'll definitely come back here on our next London adventure!

Friendly welcome from reception. Room (twin 309) was very clean and roomy, beds so comfy. The room was at the rear of the hotel so away from main road traffic noise. Coffee stations on floor so convenient, free tea/coffee/water. Lovely soap products in room, bathrobe and slippers too. Couldn’t fault it. If I had to have one moan it would be that breakfast on our first morning felt a bit rushed, however we raised this the next morning and everything after that was perfect. The breakfast food is lovely. Didn’t sample evening meal but if breakfast is anything to go by I suspect it will be very good and well presented. Serviced by close bus stops and Farringdon Station a couple mins walk away. Would definitely recommend and I will return.

I was very pleased with the location of the hotel. It is conveniently situated near the Farrindon station, providing easy access to both the metro and the Thameslink train service, which offers a direct route from Gatwick Airport. The hotel room itself was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Additionally, the neighborhood felt safe and was close to central London, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

My partner and I stayed in London on the weekend of the 19-21 July 2024. I chose the Marrable for its location as I used to work on St John St and knew the area well. The location is great. Easy access to TFL tubes and buses as well as renting VOI scooters (which is fun). The hotel staff were very helpful and the room we stayed in was clean, great decor and the bathroom was spotless with a super Rain Forest style shower. We had breakfast at the Marrable's sister Hotel (The Zetter - Clerkenwell) and again, the staff there were very helpful and the breakfast was generous and very tasty! Not forgetting the attention to detail by the waiting staff in The Zetter!). Would definitely stay here again.
